hi my name is jaime zavala, im a guitarist in a band we are kind of succesful her in st. johnstown, alabama and we are looking for a record company to produe our christian country poprock. anyways is it okay to be a gay guitarist in a succesful band and should i be upset that i am the woman in the relationship..

instead of being worried about playing the guitar maybe you should worry a little more about being gay and in a christian band..im a christian myself and im not gay but we all know just how a lot of christians can be so judgemental nowdays and instead of listening to the beautiful music you play they are looking at your lifestyle..i have my own personal beliefs on how us as christians are suppose to live our lives but i also know at the same time that i have no right to dare go around judging others even though in some way we all judge everyday just be careful not to be to open about your lifestyle around some church communities. sometimes its best to keep certain things between God and yourself....

NO, dont be ashamed of anything. its definalty ok to be a gay guitarist. but if u feel insecure confide in someone and mabey they'll help you. but believe me theres no reason to feel insecure or even to ask that question

Well noone can do nothing that the fact that you are gay. That is you and that is your choice to be gay. That is your sexual preference. No one can stop you from you and your boyfriend from getting married, you have the choice and you know you have that power to do so. I say there is nothing wrong. Do as you please and be strong about it, never give up. You make your own choices, no one can make then for you. I think its ok, I have nothing against gay people.
