My doctor was reluctant to put me on it because of high blood pressure. I was hoping it would help my symptons, but it hasn't. Has any woman got a tried and trusted natural remedy that's helped them. Thanks.

I am on a low dose of Premarin 0.625mg. Is it normal to still suffer PMS while going through menopause even after a hysterectomy 18 yrs ago? I am so confused!!!! I still get monthly signs, but a blood test shows I'm menopausal.

Hiya

You can buy several things that may help, and the best thing is you can get it all on prescription!

Calcichew. (Calcium carbonate supplements)

Vitamin D supplements help the body use calcium efficiently, and of course, the sonatogen 50+ supplements, which come in a one bottle!

Rescue remedy, which most herbalists will make for you, or you can buy ready made!

The following link will give you some information on HRT, the pros and the cons!

Hope this helps, it can be a real pain, especially if your GP won’t give you HRT, but this is for a very good reason if you have high blood pressure, some HRT medication can increase blood pressure, even if you don’t suffer from hypertension!

Really hope this helps

I went into a hormonally induced menopause a couple of years ago. Suffered the flashes n memory loss etc.. I found that St. Johns Wort and Starflower Oil or Evening Primrose Oil helped me.

I've heard from some of my clients that soy milk works great to aleviate some of the symptoms of menopause including Hot flashes.
Also wild yam. (do a search to find out where to buy)
I would always lean towards a natural remedy before I took any hormonal medications.

I was quite happy on HRT until I had 3 strokes then they wouldn't let me take it any more. I now have a Chinese herb called Tang kuei from Herbalife it's really good and helps me with all sorts of women's problems beside the menopause.

Oh you poor thing. Get on bio-identical hormones. See if you can find a doctor to prescribe this in your locale.

Get advice from a very good source and experts on hormone replacement therapy from: pathmed.com

Say I recommended you there.
