I hate answering questions by giving links because you've probably already googled this farm. But there are three good sources that can probably answer your question more thoroughly than I. The first is from Hoovers which offers great, unbiased reviews of companies in America. They have a nice commentary section on Perdue Farms.

Here is the actual company site. Very sanitized and easy to use.

Finally, an article that appeared with the founder died. Interesting read about the structure of the farm.

If you are wanting more legal issues, you'll need to search Lycos or one of the law servers. Good luck...or good cluck.

Arent they one of the few that actually stepped up and willingly opened their doors to inspecters durring the whole KFC ordeal?

or am i totally mistaken?

I thought they were the ones that KFC started buying from when they learned about the animal rights issues from their original providers.

Try googling it.
