I agree, Ive mentioned this in a couple of answers before.. he has that little mic right? why not have a 5th ref.. watching TV eating cheetos, that they could use to verify.. he is watching live, only with the benefit of instant replay. I wouldnt be suprised if this was done in the next cup

Very good question, it is done in cricket, there is a third umpire. There was also a goal given in the Trinidad & Tobago vs England match where Crouch pulled a defenders hair in order to score a goal. Think FIFA should consider this.

Yes it was a definte offside but using TV to judge these would result in futher calls to use TV replays on other calls. this will disrupt the flow of the game. The referees suck, so fix them.
