I am in my mid 30's and after losing weight and having my sleep disorder corrected my sexual stamina is steadily increasing. I feel like I have the stamina from when I was 21. It makes using the bathroom in the morning very difficult and sometimes makes for an embarassing situation at the gym or swimming pool. I engage in sexual activity at least every other day but I still have very strong urges.

Is there a way to reduce my sex drive so that I can resume a somewhat "normal" life?

You should be glad that you have this strong sex drive at your age. You better enjoy it while you have it before it deteriorates. Once it's gone you'll be asking the opposite question. If it creates an embarassing situation, just try wearing a loose pants or shorts with tight underwear to conceal it. Does jocking off everday helps?

When I'm that horny the only thing that gets me by is carrying a picture that really turns me on and masturbating frequently to orgasm, even four or five times before I get home. And use new pictures for a quick, satisfying ejaculation.
