For most of us (and I'm a user) the side effects are minimal. A flushed condition on the face, a little nausea, temporary blurred vision. You may not even get any of those things. For me, it's only a temporary flushed face (which my girlfriend says she doesn't even notice). You hear about those four hour erections (which can be dangerous and you definitely should get to a doctor!) but they are extremely rare. There are a few guys who shouldn't take it at all, in particular those taking nitrite drugs for their heart (it can KILL THEM!!!) but for the majority of men (usually us older guys) it does what it is supposed to with few if any minor side effects. See a doctor to make sure it's okay for you. Most likely he'll give you a prescription and a free sample pack.
