i'm very interested in dowsing, lucid dreaming, memorizing, psychic stuff, telepathy etc. Can i do research pertaining these after studying neuroscience? i'm going to take the course soon in uk. i really hope i can figure out the reasons behind all those wonders.

It's a start, but for your interests, you will most likely need more specialized courses in addition to this.
