Hi, well maybe its because of the position of your right hand. Do you lean on it a lot, or maybe keep it in one position for along time.

That sounds to me like carpal tunnel syndrome. It is the most common of the entrapment neuropathies. It occurs when the median nerve which runs from the forearm becomes squeezed at the wrist. This causes hand weakness,numbness and pain that runs up the arm.
You can obtain a splint to allay the discomfort at your pharmacy.

Leaning on your right side frequently can lead to pins & needles in your hand, and may cause shoulder & neck problems as well.

Pins and needles are caused by lack of blood circulation may be due to static lifestyle or you are anaemic.

sounds to me like you are having problems with circulation. Invest in some hand weights or those balls that fit in the palm of you hand and squeeze those throughtout the day. This may help. .

Are you standing over my shoulder? Where are you? I get the same thing. It's probably caused by sitting in a cold room with a mouse in your hand, exerting little movement.

well maybe your blood circulation is not normal causing these abnormal symptoms, but it might be you have shoved your right hand up your rectum and got it stuck!
