Psychological Threrapy is 'talking therapy', usually with a psychologist, psychotherapist or counsellor.
It can be used on its own or in conjunction with medications prescribed
by a Psychiatrist.

A great deal of the time, it it "psycho logical".
After all, haven't you noticed that a person who performs therapy is called a therapist, or "the rapist"? And psychotherapy is "psycho therapy"? Or a psycotherapist is a "psycho therapist"? I have.
