You have no evidence that referees are biassed - they do make honest mistakes. All referees are judged by FIFA representatives in the crowd, and advised by three other officials at the game.
Referees who make poor judgements do not get to officiate in later games. Those taking bribes are investigated and suspended while legal action takes place.

Try not to be silly -- Brazil won by three goals, and it could easily have been six or seven.
To imply that Brazil's victory was a consequence of poor officiating denotes lack of knowledge in matters of football.

there will be a review of the game for each referee ,, if it shows the he was favouring 1 team over another then his conduct will be reviewed ,, only punishment is that he doesn´t referee at the world events for a very long time ,,

Do soccer fans ever admit that their team got beat, or do you all find someone else (i.e. referees) to blame for your team's failure. There is a constant barrage of questions asking "who else thinks it wasn't fair?". Get over it...they lost!
