just sounds like dead skin hon. they make a scrubby thing you can get it at wal-mart where the nail polish stuff is. just scrub your feet and get the dead skin off. it should go away after a while

could be do to keeping your feet in closed w/in shoes or some such for an over extended amount of time which doesn't allow your feet to breath enough to keep the skin alive so the skin dies and is replaced by new skin. try keeping your feet exposed to the open air as much as poss able, like when ever your shoes aren't needed for walking take them off so your feet may breath. happy foot's'kin

Soak it in warm water for 15 mins and scrub it with a pumice stone then apply moisturizing lotion after. It should resolve, just be patient and keep applying a good amount of moisturizers. Vitamin A&D ointment is the best.

I wouldn't worry. After a long walk a couple weeks ago, my son had the same thing. We just cut it off with a nail clipper and he's better now. But try getting a pedicure, they have special instruments and lotions to help with that.
