Get the recommended 7-8hrs sleep a night, drink lots of water and eat lots of fruit and veg . A good eye cream that helps reduce dark circles helps - molten brown do a good one. If all else fails you need a cood concealer. Sometimes dark circles are heriditary and will not go away no matter what.

Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night, and to sleep earlier. Staying up late -=after 1=- causes your eyes to have dark circles, and make sure you are getting a good rest as well. I mean you can sleep for 8 hours, but if its constant tossing and turning, then your body isn't resting and you will result in dark circles. For some temporary and instant lightening... try using sliced potatoes over your eyes for a few minutes.. theres something in raw potatoes that helps lighten it for a while. or concealer.

Depends. Have you had these eye circles for awhile or is it an on-and-off thing? If it's pretty permanent, try Hylexin. It's made specifically to target dark eye circles. Hope this helps: )

Sleep helps eliminating these circles. I also read something about tea bags, but don't scrub, it won't help. Any makeup of your complextion will help.. sometimes applying a green concelear under also helps. Also eat lots of fruit and vegetables. I think the only quick fix is the makeup. Sorry.

maybe you need more sleep, I would also try cool things to reduce them.. it reduces poofiness.. like cucumbers, try moisturizing a lot, and you can also use concealer.. if it still doesn't help... I would talk to your doctor.. there are special cremes to reduce pigmentation, I'm not sure if they can be applied near the eyes though.

You can go to the Doctors and get some cream for it or just get more sleep. Cover it with eye concealer if its a huge deal but yeah, sleeep.
