Is it Lemon and Herb, Mild, Hot or Extra Hot?

It is so hard to "schoose" - They are all so peri-licous

I am all about the lemon and herb. I can't do hot or extra hot, and I've never tried the mild. And I order the vegetarian pita. The first time I tried to order it and I asked the girl at the counter what was in it, she finally said "I don't know, all I know is that I was told never to eat it!" Well, that's honesty... :)

Mmmm, Nandos. Too bad I live in America, because I miss their food!

I like the combination of mild and hot. That way you can taste the flava without it being over powered by the heat.

Extra hot, especially in Nando's chicken.
