Yes, there is a legal aspect of hacking, and youll get paid a fortune if you're good at it.

Its called white-collar hacking (I think). Basically, a company pays you to come in, and do your very best to break into their system. Obviously, you don't do any damage, and then tell the company about any holes you found in their security. They pay you for your work, and go about fixing them :)

Legal (or legeal as you spell) = Illegal.
Best learned by gaining full knowledge of the operating system, its functions, operations and weaknesses.
The more of a computer 'expert' you become, the more ways of 'hacking' will be realized.

There are no legal reasons for hacking. The only legal hacking I know of is if you work for the government, example FBI, and you are doing it for the good of our country.

There are no reasons to intentionally invade someones privacy and force your way into a system that does not want you in there.

Hi..
I'm sure there is a legal aspect to hacking..Right to privacy and information. cant really advice you properly there.

As for tools it may be found on eg porn sites. That is where some cracks for games are placed. Please note that I AM NOT advocating the use of porn.
