White blood cells increase when an infection attacks the body. If you eat raw foods there is no rise in white blood cells. When you eat cooked foods there is a rise in white blood cells so something in cooked foods atttacks the body.

I guess you are talking about abnormally low white cell count (leukopenia). This guy had such a low number of them, the doctors figured his immune system was shot and his body was shutting down. It tells how he cured it. It is the first story on this webpage. Click on "home page" about more on cooked foods increasing white blood cell count higher than normal.

Johnny Be Goode is right. WBC's that are elevated are a sign of infection.A abnormally low wbc count could indicate a compromised immune system seen in cancer patients taking chemotherapy, for example. Johnny is a good looking... sorry. There can be a problem with the overabundance of red blood cells. A disease or symptom called polycythemia can cause complication to the kidneys as well as other problems. Eat a well balanced diet if possible and take a multi-vitamin to cover any deficits. Good luck.

If you are wondering about having a high white blood cell count (sorry, I'm second-guessing you here, I know), it's not so much what you eat, but what else is going on in your body. White blood cells are a sign of heightened activity of your immune system, and this can apply when you have any kind of infection. It can also be a sign of too much meat or booze. I hope that hit the spot?

A marked increase in white blood cells is indicative of an infection. If you want to be healthy concentrate on increasing your red blood cells.

None! White blood cells are produced in the bone marrow and spleen and increase in number in response to infection or if you have leukaemia. A generally healthy diet should ensure that you are not lacking!
