3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. Eat a lot of garlic with supper and it will help with the blood pressure, and also lay down on the left side of your body for an hour and it will help lower the blood pressure, but the garlic is the best bet.

Try excercise, proper diet, increase in water intake. Apply good health habits but continue to monitor blood pressure, sometimes it can be genetic and it will require some type of prescription. Be sure to consult a physician

Take a garlic supplement like kyolic garlic. It can lower your pressure by ten points! Eat a healthy diet, exercise, restrict your salt intake.

If you would have given your profession age and weight it would have been better.
At morning = a glass of water + 1/2 lemon (if suits).
Breakfast = Citrus fruits or juice or buttermilk.
Lunch =Normal food without spices + salads.
AN = cocoanut water or juice.
Dinner = Normal food + sprouts + salads.
Food quantity should be minimum and salads/sprouts sufficient increasing slowly.

Get a massage on a regular basis and drink orange juice and eat lots of fruits n veggies and drink half of your body weight in ounces of water a day. :)
