No......Lack of masturbation is horrible. It can make you very, very aggressive. In life you need balance. You will eventually figure it out. To much of it and you will get limp with your girl...not enough and you may be to mean for her.

Fatal Consequences of Excessive Masturbation

Frequent masturbation and ejaculation stimulate acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous functions excessively, resulting in the over production of sex hormones and neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin. Abundant and unusually amount of these hormones and neurotransmitters can cause the brain and adrenal glands to perform excessive dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion and turn the brain and body functions to be extremely sympathetic. In other words, there is a big change of body chemistry when one excessively pratices masturbation.

Note: Masturbation is a healthy sexual behavior. Like other behaviors, when over practiced or addicted it can lead to both psychological and physiological imbalances.

The side effects of such changes to the body include:
Fatigue. Feeling tired all the time
Lower back pain
Stress / Anxiety
Thinning hair / Hair Loss
Soft / Weak Erection
Premature Ejaculation
Eye floaters or fuzzy vision
Groin / Testicular Pain
Pain or cramp in the pelvic cavity or/and tail bone

If above symptoms are experienced, you need to restore the balance of brain's acetylcholine / parasympathetic ratio, reduces the level of sex hormones in the body, and sedates sympathetic nervous function, or the symptoms would become worse

I've researched this topic, and haven't found much on it. Sources say that flushing out toxins around male organs is beneficial, but don't go crazy over this tiny fact. It does more damage to your spirituality, sexuality and psyche. It reduces your frame of vision (if you can grasp that) especially too much. You are better off withholding, and having normal infrequent relations with the person you are with, and focusing your life on the proliferation of our great creator's will (namely be kind to fellow man, enjoy work, foster someone who needs help like in volunteering or mentoring, increase prayer or meditation and get plenty of excersize.) Your life will improve dramatically.

I don't think masturbation is bad before or after marriage. How can it possibly be unhealthy for you? Only if you get too creative and hurt yourself while doing it!

No, masturbaion just tricks the body into thinking that it is having sex, which is perfectly healthy. You can masturbate after marriage, but you had better not not want sex because you masturbated.

It is actually not. It is very good for you in fact. Especially with men because ejaculation is good maintenance for the prostate. It is also said to be good exercise, thus good for the heart. And it is great for your emotional health. Sometimes though if your spouse is aware of it they may tend to feel replaced, rejected. And even jealous.

Masturbation is very normal. Married and unmarried still do it. If it gives you pleasure why not continue doing it.
