Yes he is still alive and speaking as an American no we didn't kill him. He is on trial for his crimes in a court in Iraq and is being tried by the new Iraqi government. We the Americans have nothing to do with the trial nor will we have any thing to do with his sentencing. If he is to be put to death by the Iraqi people then good for them after all he killed tens of thousands of them.

Saddam Hussein is very much alive and has been pleading his case during his trial. Due to the killing of two of his attorneys, he has been temporarily moved to "Club Gitmo's " max security facility under the cover of heavy guard. Until new attorneys can be found to take his case.
