By phonemic, I presume you mean it's written in the International Phonetic Association's script? If you mean that it's written in phonetic script from another language than English, then I won't be able to help you.

The reason you have this homework assignment is to help you learn the IPA. Do the assignment by yourself, and you will be better prepared to use IPA in the future, such as in class and on the test.
