I have a 2003 corvette ZO6 and there has been a recall a while ago, which is the steering column locks while driving. It has happened 4 seperate times , Why haven`t the dealership just replace it instead of say it was reprogrammed the first time the second time turned it away because it wasn`t locked when it got towed. What in Gods name can I do with these incompetant people. This is only a tip of the iceburg of what they have done to my car. Even they scratched my car and never told me I found the scratch and they lied right in my face , but then finally admitted that one of there workers did it. They did pay for it to be fixed but the point is they tried covering it up and hiding it and never saying a word about it. Like I said this is only the tip of the iceburg, please who can I turn these people in to? What do I do? And it is a well known dealership to boot. Lots of feedback AND advice please.
