We don't fund terrorists anymore, remember? And if you mean why are we funding the Palestinian people, maybe it's because they've been treated shabbily by our "ally," and we're trying to help them now. Don't forget, it was their country before the state of Israel was founded, and they were supposed to share the land under the agreement, but Israelis took it all over in the 60's.
