I would like to know if that is true, can I have retina loosening or something similar for reading in moving environments?

Ha ha ha ha! Good God! It is only bad for your eyes if you are sitting on the roof of the vehicle while in motion.

I don't know where that idea came from but to put your mind at ease, your eyes are constantly moving, and do so to compensate for movement of the body, when walking for example, other wise our vision would be like looking through a shaky hand held video camera. The same goes for when we are in a moving environment such as a car or a bus.

I assure you that your eyes will not fall out nor will your hair grow curly if you eat the crust on the bread.

If the road is smooth then its fine. But if the journey is very jerky and there are a lot of curves then its bad for the eyes. The retina has to focus on something that it is seeing. If there is a lot of movement, then it's bad for the retina.
