YES THERE IS.. !!!!! Thanks to the age of broadband and webcasts.

Download this webcast tv software - its kind of slow download - even with a fast ADSL broadband.

http://www.tvunetworks.com/downloads/index.htm

Install it and run it..
Channels are listed there.

World cup games play on the US channel ABC, and also on US channel ESPN2. These are English sports channels. You can also watch HBO - Asia

NOTE: You do need at least an initial bandwith of 300kbps - 600kbps (sometimes less) for the buffer to work, but once its done, live telecast runs at about 200kbps - 350kbps. There is a channel called CCTV5 - that shows the game on a low bandwith - video is watchable. (commentary is in chinese hehehe) - sometimes as low as 30kbps. Internet radio works at 14kbps.

Patience is a virtue. The buffer ultimately loads, and you can view the video presentation of the live telecast. If not, the software shows a message. :)

REMEMBER - more users - better the webcast works. And its live. Check with http://www.worldcup365.com , and it shows you the time remaining for the game to start. (the cookies on the website, check your computers date and time - and show you the hours or minutes left for the game to start) - That saves you time in calculating the exact time of the game..

If you don't know your broadband speed.. use this link to find out for yourself :
