I would say no. If you are talking about getting the proper rays to get vitamin D among other things my understanding is that you need the ULTRAVIOLET RAYS for this. Infrared rays create heat but ultraviolet rays do the chemical reaction thing - so to speak.

Ultraviolet rays don't readily pass through glass. Especially NOT polarized glass like in UV sunglasses.

Absolutely not. Keeping good health means that you're taking very good care of your body by drinking lots of water, exercising regularly, getting a sufficient amount of sleep, taking vitamins, eating a very healthy diet with virtually to zero junk food, you're not consuming too much salt or sugar.

YES IT SURELY DOES.SUNLIGHT CONTAINS SOME USEFUL SOURCES THAT HELPS IN MANUFACTURANCE OF VITAMIN-D. SO ATLEAST 20 MINUTES A DAY ARE SURELY GOOD
