I got the automated e-mail too ... I think it's just because they refuse to admit that they might be wrong!!!

Waste of time contesting it anyway, may as well just be more careful about how we word things in the first place!!

They don't have time or perhaps yours is still in the line and some of the things here are handled by computers which are dependent from the instructions given by their programmers. So don't expect that much and with millions of user, its pretty hard to handle everone's complain.

I get a form letter saying thanks for reporting somebody we will look into it.
I did not even report anybody. I contested my violation. Yahoo sucks.
