BBC verifys your IP address and if not in the UK it does not let you watch streaming sports from there website. I am in the UK but at work and so my server is based in France and so the internet thinks I am in France due to my ip address and so wont let me watch sports!

You can get live soccer from the sports section of the bbc website :

Also there is an american version on espn I tried but as I have a french IP address is still wouldnt work.

Try TVUplayer (program). Some channels have live broadcast of the games.
