If England beats Portugal(I am sure they will), then they will have to face either Germany or Argentina in the Semi-Final and I don't think England can beat any of the two teams. So England has very low chance of reaching the Final. On the other hand France played very well against Spain and I think they have the ability to beat Brazil. If they can do so, then no-one is able to stop them from reaching the Final. So I think the Final will be Either France vs Germeny or Brazil vs Germeny and Germeny has a better chance of winning.
(I don't think Argentina can beat Germeny, Germeny played a load better than them. But if Argentina can win in the Semi-Final then they will be in the Final instead of Germeny)

Brazil vs England maybe in simi Final if they passed Portugal
but final will be Germany Vs Brazil and the score will be 3 - 1 for Germany

Brazil, won it five times and defending champions. They are looking good especially now that Ronaldo is back in form.
For mine, they will play the Germans. The host has won it five times and the Germans have won it three times. The match between Germany and Argentina will decide Brazil's opponent as far as I can see.
For mine, England has been the least impressive team with Italy. France played poorly in its first two matches but has made a comeback. Ukraine have done well to get this far while Portugal might be good value.

Brazil and England cant make it both 2 the Final coz they have to play in the semifinal (if they pass to the next round)....

I disagree. If you look at the brackets, the latest the two teams could meet would be the semi-finals. Only one of them could possibly make the final.
I say Argentina vs. Brazil, with Argentina winning.

lady, i am half agreed i think brazil will qualify .but in against of brazil italy or germany will be played if i am not wrong portugal or england may meet brazil in semifinal.
