Andrew Flinthoff of England ahead of Jacques Kallis. He was man of the series during the Ashes last year. In October 2005, Flintoff shared the Sir Garfield Sobers Trophy for the ICC player of the year award with Jacques Kallis of South Africa.
Two months later, Flintoff was crowned BBC Sports Personality of the Year for 2005. In the New Year's Honours List for 2006, Flintoff was awarded the MBE for his role in the successful Ashes side.

Its a toss up between, Shaun Pollock, Andrew Flintoff and Irfan Pathan... I'd say on form over the last year, definitely Flintoff.

My best All Rounder is Rahul Dravid
Because an allrounder is the one who can perform any task in the ground. Rahul Dravid can bat, Keep behind wickets, good fielder, can act as vice captain and also a good captain. He can bowl too.
So considering all the above facts, he is my best All-Rounder

1) ANDREW FILNTOFF
2) JACQUES KALLIS
3) IRFAN PATHAN
4) SHAUN POLLACK
......everyone has something unique...and are great assets to their respective countries...
But since i am from India, I'll say Irfan...even tho he is not in his best phase right now...
When he is in good form, He picks up crucial wickets, and usually takes the first wicket in his first or second over...
And he is trusted by the team to bat too, so much that sometimes,he is made to open the innings..even in test matches!!
