I checked the official Swiss company register, the web and a private register (D&B) - no results at all.
This firm simply does not seem to exist in Switzerland - and it didn't ever exist here.
Have you got some more information? How much money was it?
The post will not give details on the holder of the PO box without a formal accuse of fraud. If you like, I can give you some contact details to the corresponding authorities.
