No there isn't. The single working cell unit of the liver is called a lobule. They are hexagonally shaped functional units of the liver, made up of liver cells arranged in one-cell-thick platelike layers that radiate from the central vein to the edge of the lobule.

i have never heard anything like livulet and i tried to search on the net also but i could not find anything related to the word livulet.
