why i can't type an arabic message when i compose on yahoo although before i could and my pc has arabic ?

the encoding should be Arabic windows not unicode but i don't know the steps to change in the message although it is selected Arabic windows in view , encoding , Arabic windows

are you asking if you can type a question in arabic on here? I know I have seen forieign languages that they remove as it is out of policy here
