If they have procedural manuals, read'em again. Could be you overlooked something. Clear off your desk. Wipe down your computer. Wipe down your phone. Check your sticky-notes. Double-check the forms you already filled out. Clean out the middle drawer. Clean the dust out of the in and out baskets. Make sure your ball point pens write, toss the ones that don't. Water your plants (if ya gottem) Wipe up the spills. If you are in a cubicle rearrange your pictures, calendar, notes, etc. Go get a soda, coffee, etc. Clean your mouse ball. (I hope that's singular). Scroll through your computer screens, count how many screens you have. Count how many calls you have had so far. Unhook all your paper clips. Start a rubber band ball. Find some W-D 40 and get rid of the squeak in your chair. Dust out the donut crumbs out of your chair. Make sure you have white-out and note pads. Go read the office bulletin board if it's close to your desk and phone. Do you use envelops? Count'em and if you need to, get more. Clean out the receipts in your billfold/purse. Take a potty break. Ask your boss for some phone tips on handling a really bad caller (I know, it's kissing a. . . . , but you are bored, remember?) Crawl under your desk to pick up stuff you have dropped. Sanitize your microphone and earpiece. Untangle the cord and wipe it down. If it is damaged, request a new one. Retie your shoelaces. Can you go for a smoke?

First, focus on how you can get almost perfect audits by giving the best possible customer services based on your company's standards. It's like a game and you are always trying to beat your high score. This strengthens your company's place in the market and give you job security. Also, if you have or can develop a hobby or interest in something that you can't wait to get off of work to do or explore further, reading or doing something you can do at work, to be better at it, will have you excited about each day. Lastly, take mental vacations throughout the day by visualizing you are in a peaceful environment.

if you are set up in cubeicals there then pick people's cubes and give them different point values and then each of you take turns by lobbing a ball of paper up in the air trying to reach a high score with out going over and of course the guy that is up you are assigned his point value as well and you are a wildcard for him he could use his piont value or your's depending what he needed if the paper ball landed in your cubical that is if most of the floor is playing

I can't believe you work in a call center and you actually have time to get bored. Just be grateful that they keep you there since they are obviously overstaffed!
