The Titans led by Cronus were first. Then their children, led by Zeus, were known as the Gods. Was/is there a name for whatever the third wave (the grandchildren) was/is going to be?

Actually, It was (in order) Chaos(Erebus)+ Nox (Night/Nyx)=Aether( Light) + Hemera (Day)= Eros (Love, Not Aphrodites;people mistake him as her son, but he is more of a consort)= Gaea(Earth), Pontus (Sea). Gaea+/=Uranus=The "monsters of classical Greek myths..Furies, Cyclops, Thousand Armed Monster...Name escapes me) then the Titans, the Gods, Promethus/Epimetheus (brothers)-Man and women. But Gaea and Pontus had children as well. But there are other Deities that were around before, Hecate, The Fates (Parcae), The Hours (Horae). But that is real advanced. When it comes to Deities, inbreeding is almost a must. How can you have a pure blood line with out going out side of your Race. When the Gods/Goddesses had relations with Mortal beings, you have Demi-Gods or the Heros of Classical Myth (e.g.Hercules). From there the blood line gets real faint, but is still there.

Herakles lived on Earth but his ol' lady Dainera and their three kids were killed by fireballs from Hera the queen of the gods. I don't know if Herakles had further offspring so I will just have to say that mankind became FINE. Freaked out, Insecure, Neurotic, and Emotional.
