This sounds like a self image problem. That's not to say it isn't a real problem, but you would probably benefit from psychoanalysis.
In any case:
1. My nose is flat
Eventually you can have someone look at it, and if you really want it, you can have plastic surgery. Wouldn't be the route I'd go, but make your own decisions.
2. I have really dry skin
Here are some tips from Medline Plus:
It may help to change your bathing habits:
* Keep baths or showers short.
* Use warm (not hot) water.
* Use as little soap as possible. Limit its use to face, armpits, and genitals if you can. Try mild cleansers like Aveeno or Cetaphil or mild soaps like Neutrogena or Dove.
* Dry your skin thoroughly but gently -- pat, DON'T rub.
* Take baths or showers less often.
Also, increase skin and body moisture:
* Use bath oils and moisturizers at least daily. Thick, greasy moisturizers work best. Avoid products with alcohol. Apply just after a bath or shower, when your skin is still damp.
* Use a humidifier if the air is dry.
* Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Apply cool compresses to itchy areas, and try over-the-counter cortisone creams or lotions if your skin is inflamed. If this is not enough, talk to your doctor about possible prescription lotions.
3. I'm way too skinny
I can't tell how old you are, but as you mention that you don't want people to tell you to concentrate on school, I am guessing you are relatively young. This means your metabolism is high, and it's easy for the body to burn off excess fat. Apparently your body is too good at it for your liking, but don't worry, that's a temporary condition. You'll have to work at staying thin after a while, most likely.
4. I have small little bumps on my cheeks
Bumps as in acne? If not, maybe ask your doctor the next time you are in. If it is acne, there are tons of remedites available over the counter... and if that's not enough, there are treatments a dermatologist can provide.
Let me end by refering to the beginning once more... this is most likely a self image issue, which is especially common among young adults and can be very painful to go through. You can improve your self image, you can get help through therapy to see yourself as the beautiful person you are, with or without surgery or skin treatments.
Be well. :)

Do not worry about being way too skinny! I am really skinny too but maybe you should try playing a sport like having tennis lessons! This is great for health and promotes healthy eating! You will notice your shape will start to change and your mind will be focussed on something other than your body! Then when you decide to look at yourself again, you will see a great change! Don't worry about appearances. If everybody looked perfect, we would all be tired of looking at each other. Remember, you are perfect and if others can't see that, they should think about self confidence a little bit because there is nothing wrong with you. :)

First of all, what do you like about yourself? What are your favorite qualities? As far as a practical answer, try using a good (sometimes pricey) lotion on your skin. Eucerin is a good lotion for extremely dry skin. The small bumps on your cheeks may be a skin condition. My daughter has those all over her cheeks and arms. Try using an exfoliating cleanser, such as St. Yves Apricot Facial Scrub. Follow up with a moisturizer suitable for your skin type and made for your face. As far as being too skinny, try eating better and building your muscle tone. Your shape may improve if you have some muscle tone. Be sure that you are consuming enough calories for your age. And for your nose, if you truly hate it that much, why not a nose job??? If you are too young to do it now, or finances are a problem try to play to your better features, such as eyes or hair. Take focus away from the nose. Most important of all, try to focus on the positive things about yourself and don't be afraid to change if it makes you feel better about yourself!

Sebum is a wax like substance produced in glands just below the surface of the skin. These are called sebaceous glands, and open into the hair folicle (the opening through which the hair grows). Sebum in normal amounts is a valuablesecretion, which helps to lubricate the skin and keep it supple, and also gives some protection from the outer environment. Sebum only becomes a problem when there is too little or too much of it, giving rise to dry or oily skin conditions. When the skin is excessively oily the hair folicles may become blocked by excess sebum combined with dirt and particles of dead skin cells flaking away at the surface. Bacteria feed on the plug of sebum and debris, and the hair folicle becomes inflamed and infected and a spot is produced. When an area of skin is affected by a number of spots and this condition persists, it is known as acne. Over production of sebum is common in adolescents, when the whole hormonal system is going through a stage of upheaval, though people whose skins are oily in youth will often retain a normal and attractive skin texture for longer than those whose skin was dry in youth, since sebum production declines with age. Two or three aromatherapy oils, most notably Geranium and Lavender, have the property of balancing both over and under production of sebum, and so can be used to help both excessively dry and very greasy skins. Among the oils which are useful for correcting very oily skins, the most effective is Bergamot, followed by Cedarwood, Grapefruit and Juniper. To help with over dry skins, lacking in natural lubrication, Camomile, Jasmine, Neroli and Rose oils are all good choices, but the best of all is probably Sandalwood. Any of these oils can be used, preferably as a facial massage oil, but also in creams and lotions for use between massage treatments. For dry skins a very emollient carrier oil, such as oil of avocado or peach kernel oil, is very helpful. Keep in mind that aromatherapy oils can be very strong and need to be diluted in a carrier oil, so you would need to gain some basic knowledge of these oils before using them.

first understand one thing dat this problem is not ur monopoly.... many people suffer d similar problems like u do....so far ur hatred against urself goes, i totally condemn dat feelin of urs...the problems u have ellicted r mere temporary ones n medicine n surgery is always at ur succour... so dont worry... u'll eventually learn how to combat them... but only if u realise that there r many who r permanently impaired n see no cure till they retire from life... im sure u'll learn how to love urself gradually when u see many who r underprivileged than u..... enjoy n start loving urself... BECAUSE U R WORTHED...
