And when a Palestinian Resistance fighter is in the same situation he is "captured". And why are they saying the IDF is "rescuing him" when they just blew up two bridges and a civilian power station?
Did they think he was being held under the bridges and in the powerplant, or is this State Terrorism? Are the IDF behaving like the Iraqi Resistance, blowing up facilities to make civilians stay uncomfortable?

Dee - then the IDF has kidnapped hundreds upon hundreds. Criminals deserve ANYTHING the palestinians decide to do with them. Wouldnt it be cool if they got ahold of a nuke, since they have nothing to lose anyway. kaboom. With nothing to lose, anything is acceptable.

Awesome question. If you really look at history (not the stuff they teach in school), you'll come to realize that there is this weird relationship between Isreal and America. I think they can get away with just about anything and our government and media turn a blind eye. To answer your question, you need to look at the source of the information. Who really owns the media servers in our country?
How can a soldier be kidnapped ...how can a soldier be accused of murder? It is a strange place we live in...I can't wait to see what they write in the history books.

They blew the bridges to keep Palestinian terrorists from coming over them. He is Kidnaped because there is no formal decleration of war.
And if I was running things I would have left the bridges and bombed every building and house. Civilians would have been dead not uncomfortable. This is going to come to a head and Palistinians are going to loose big time. I support anything Israel wants to do to solve the problem. Anything!

The US Media most likely does this because the Palestinian terrorist have declared to kill every Jew. They are the ones who are sending men and women and children into shopping areas with bombs and killing people. People getting on to buses with bombs and killing people.They declared war on the Jewish people to begin with not the other way around.
What it comes down to is which side you support. US people or our Allies are kidnapped in Iraq but if you support the terrorist side then they were captured.

I suspect it's all semantics. When I hear that the Palestinians are asking for all female prisoners to be released in exchange for the Isaeli, that would appear to be ransom, ergo the term kidnapping. Do you know how many "captured" Palistinians the US have bargained for? I suspect not. We constantly play both sides of this fence!

Kidnapped is the term used for such things. Whenever someone is seized and held without their consent.As for the bridges, who knows. Only the persons responsible for military tactics knows for sure. The soldiers actually doing it probably don't even know, they just do what their told, without question.
