They say it's use for immediate corruption of files. Is it just a myth?

Just a myth. Although I think in some movies such as blade trinity. it shows a way..Well not really shows how to. But shows a self destructing computer that blows up the whole pc and all files inside of it, but no clue how they did it. inputting a special password lock on. or something.

First of All its Ctrl + Alt + Del

and its just used to open programs and end Programs if they are Hanged Up..

earlier in the DOS like OS it was used to restart the machine but in windows operating system it is used to open task manager from where we can start and end various programms and processes.
