Good question! I travelled from Edinburgh to the Shetlands and missed Rome! Now i guess ... Had i gone further, say cross the water, pass the north pole and all the way down on the other side ... I might just have made it. problem is ... I'm not a great traveller so was i ever to decide to visit Rome ... I'd book myself on a direct flight, Dublin to Rome!!!
O and when you walked down the road from your house ... Did you take a wrong turn somewhere? Well you couldn't have simply because, as we all know, all roads lead to Rome!

The rome which we are talking about is present day TURKEY the country, Council of Nicea was held there, all major events of history were happened there.
The rome in italy is not the rome we usually refer to
