Eating quickly doesn't give our bodies time to tell our brains that we have eaten enough. Consequently, we continue eating & are left filling stuffed & bloated. Eating more slowly allows us to recognize when we actually have eaten enough & stop—it also helps us savour & enjoy the food we do eat.
Time most essential in loosing weight is giving our bodies what they really need. This means that drinking plenty of water, eating timely & proper meals, staying active, & giving our body the time to tell us when it is full. Our bodies will reward us for our attention.

don't stop eating! try eating smaller portions and eating 5 times a day instead. avoid foods that are high in sugar. eat more fruits and whole grain bread. and eat cereal for breakfast. drink lots of water, it works. don't try any fad diet either, chances are you'll just put the weight back on again after u stop with it. also try doing 40 minutes of cardio everyday. yes everyday, that way your body will get used to the new routine and after the 10 days you might enjoy so you'll keep going and live a better lifestyle. good luck. the first week is the most exhausting, but you will see results if you continue with the new advice. trust me, i lost 8 lbs this way, and doing it right will help you keep the weight off too in the long run.

Have cornflakes in the morning and follow by fruits n veggies only throughout the day.
No crash diets cos u will lose weight and with it ur charm too.
try sum excercises.
