Once you improve your communicating [grammatically correct writing/speaking] skills in English, and become more confident in your own abilities, you could opt for a career in customer care.
...But, it will only be AFTER you have amply proved your potentials in small, and/or medium firms first, that a high level company will even think of giving you a job !
...Of course, all these realities will not apply, if you are the son, or son-in-law of some notorious politician, or underworld don !

Customer Care often leads to sales or Public Relations. Make sure you company promotes within first before looking for outside people to fill an open position within the company. Ask your supervisor and also let it be known that your interested in cross training for different jobs. Show the powers that be that your a team player always ready for any task needing to be done. It will take you far.

Yes, you have to be good, but not indispensible (If you're indispensible you can't be promoted). A good leader, good communicator, good problem solver, and liked by management. Turnover is usually pretty high at these companies, I've seen people work their way up with no experience to upper management in under two years.
Wost case you take the experience and get a better paying job somewhere else.
