the hottest water that you can stand on a lathered up wash rag with plain ivory bar soap.Wash and srub the area with the hot water then lather the rag and scrub with it,now rinse with the hot water again letting the rag set on the area for a minute,do this 4 times daily and after a few weeks, the condition will start improving but do not miss a day and stay away from skin creams, make up,fragrant soaps, and cut back on the greasy foods. It also helps to stay active outdoors so that you sweat out the oil in your skin and have a hot shower afterwards.
good luck

Sandalwood is not a man-made product. You can buy a piece, make paste and apply as mask. This controls further infection and cools skin without causing scars. 100% natural and you are your own cosmetologist at home!

Change your diet. No more junk food, chocolate bars, soda pop, chips, fried foods, etc. Your pimples are probably diet related, and did you know that 1 can of soda has 16 to 21 spoons of sugar in it!

These are the three things that keep my face clean: wash your face with a mild cleanser like neutrogena products, and don't wear make up if you do, cause your face may clear up much faster if you don't. Drink a lot of water...

Ultra Violet light is by far the best way. Get some sun, or visit the solarium.

This is going to totally gross you out...but it works.
When you use the bathroom, pee on a piece of toilet paper and dab it on your pimples. You don't have to worry about bacteria, urine is actually 100% sterile, you could drink it and it wouldn't even make you sick.

the best thing to do is wash your hands a lot!! and use regular soap and water to wash your face...people often get pimples because their hands are dirty and they touch their face
