I'd say no, unless they starts to do what those people in Dubai do, which is to control the world's oil import and export industries. That is the most powerful source of income.
Other than that, India would be the same for the next 50 years.

We may or may not be a super power but should at least be a significantly powerful country provided we focus on poverty alleviation, education, population control and maintaining our unity.
