Yes. And I don't think it's inappropriate, I simply think it's ineffective if that's all you rely on. I believe a firm tap on that *** or hand followed by a stern reason as to why they are being punished is the answer. But parents who simply spank their kids obsessively are bordering on child abuse. And let's face it, in today's society, it's "real" easy to get a parent locked up.

yes, I was spanked many times and I disagree with that method. There's other ways of disciplining a child.

relies upon on what the baby does. i become spanked once on my bare bottom, very unpredicted from my father and that i by no skill were given it lower back. I knew more advantageous after that. i do not imagine it really is TOO efficient fantastically if the determine is overly raged on the time and if so it will be a shitty experience because then it really is like you're taking it out on the baby. I easily have spanked my little ones some cases at the same time as they were youthful, no longer over the knee, yet i have grabbed them through the arm and swatted their butt with my hand whatever they were wearing. they're older now. So telling them very calming, yet intense with a stern voice, that mommy or daddy are very disenchanted with you, you could sit down on your room till I inform you you could come out, works extremely nicely.

I was spanked as a child. I totally believe it's the most effective way to discipline your kids.
Others may disagree, but if my kids ever come home drunk they're gettin put through a freakin' wall.

Yes I was spanked when I was younger.... I believe its appropriate also. If more kids today were spanked and disiplined at home AND school, then you wouldn't have all these kids getting into trouble and on meds.......

yeh spanked a couple times. sometimes it's the only appropriate discipline. but not very often.

Spanking for discipline no, nope. But for a kink yes. I just don't like to wait for a reason to spank her bottom. I beleave her *** needs a spanking every day and every min. red *** is a lovely color for a ***.

I'm pretty sure I was cause I remember running and hiding in the bathroom and locking the door. I think some parents shouldn't spank because they threaten more than punish you're pretty sure they will do permanent damage.

I was, but it actually affected me negatively, therefore I feel that time outs are a more appropriate form of discipline.
