The sun is most intense between the hours of 11:00 and 15:00 hrs, so of course you got a sunburn. You got a sunburn, not due to the "heat", but to the intensity of the sun. I am not sure what you mean by charmness, as that is not a word in the English language. (Charm, maybe, but not Charmness). Good news is that the sunburn will go away in a while.

HI.If you are from India and North Indian, then the following would help : Take a cup full of besan, add very little turmeric to it, add little malai of milk to this.Add a little water and make a paste of it.Before having your bath, apply this on your body for 30 mins. Then have your bath.Do this for a few weeks and you will see very good results. For more details contact : princecharm000@yahoo.com

Stay out of the sun more often. I'm sorry to hear about your charmness though. That must be horrible.

the best thing to take the burn out of a sun burn and this is going to sound crazy is noxema because it won't cool your skin too fast like a cold shower but try noxema just smooth it on your skin and and rinse it off with luke warm water and you won't peel either with this.... i am an avid tanner and when i burn i do this and it makes me feel lots better with out feeling sticky like you would with aloe gel and other such remedies. hope you feel better
