Yes, better than your cooking oils. Although olive oil extra virgin is the best for your heart. That is why people in the mediteranean have longer life spans..they cook with extra virgin olive oil. Hope this helps.

yes pam spray is very good and is good for continous use and much more healthy and less fattening too..very good product,,

No it causes prostate cancer in women and ovarian cancer in men. At least that is the results from the lab mice.
