i want to get a new video game system and would like to know what games there are out there where you either explore or find clues but not really fight a whole lot. what should i get?

I agree with Myst for Pc also Odd World for X box.
But since you might invest in a new system go for the Wii (by Ninetendo) Alot of thier games will be based off thier wired looking controller, which is made more for strange puzzle type games than fast paced fighting/action. Mario Galaxy looks like a good puzzle game for the system.

a nintendo 64 or gamecube they have lots of games like that mario and zelda theres 100s of others not joking here but the scooby doo game is good for clues and stuff its on the n64
as far as i know its possable to download this thing to youre pc an n64 emulator i think and download roms ( the game) for free and you can play n64 games on youre pc. not sure where to get them though try google search or a file sharing thing like limewire or bearshare although i think its illegal to download them but who cares
