There are three local banks - DBS/POSB, UOB and OCBC

DBS Bank is the largest bank in South East Asia by assets and among the larger banks in Asia. It has the largest single-bank network in Singapore (800 DBS/POSB ATMs and 12,500 NETS outlets) and its branches numbering more than 100 can be found island-wide.

Overseas, you can withdraw cash at over 180,000 PLUS ATMs and enjoy cashless shopping at about 240,000 retail outlets that display the VISA Interlink sign for DBS Savings Plus Account

There is a charge fees of S$2 fall-below fee if the average daily balance falls below S$500.

If you want plentiful ATMs on the streets and easy access, probably the POSB is a good bet. It shares the same ATMs as it bigger brother, DBS Bank. But for lower fees, I will say Citibank beats all hands down.

I bank with Citibank for a long time already.

DBS/POSB bank has more than 800 ATMs across Singapore. The other biggest network is by UOB and OCBC banks.

Charges are more are less similar in all the three banks mentioned above.

Good luck.

if you're looking for no commission it's probably DBS/POSB both are the same banks. DBS accquired POSB sometime back.

Other banks like UOB and OCBC do not charge commission for withdrawal from their own bank ATMs but charge a small fee ($0.2 i think) if you use the ATM of another bank.

Hope it answers you!
