I'm trying to come up with examples for a paper I'm writing, I'm also writing about extreme cases of SM, voyeurism and transvetism. Any ideas or examples would be great! THANKS!

The most extreme festishes are Cannablism (eating people) and there is a case in Germany regarding this and another called snuff (killing someone). However I wouldn't recommend this as a paper. Others could include pedophilia (sex with children), necrophilia (sex with dead people), bestiality (sex with animals), bestiality (sex with animals). There are even som eless common ones like puppy play (humans acting like dogs) and mummifcation (self explanitory).
However my question to you is this? WHy are you asking the cay/lesbian/transgender catagory this question. Do you think these fetishes are strickly for us and not hetrosexuals?

Being in the S&M community, I think I can speak with authority as to some extreme fetishes:
1. Cannibalism: there are folks out there that want to be grilled up and served for dinner for real. A court case in Germany was just finished up before.
2. Snuff: There are people out there that want to be killed in a sex scene to get the ultimate high.
3. The worst fetish is when a S&M scene is going on and something bad happens and someone dies accidentally. There was a case in Wisconsin where a guy had a bag over someone's head and left him like that to answer the phone, 30 mins later when he returned, the guy was dead. There is also a missing person in Lynn, MA right now, he is from England, that seems to look like a S&M scene that went bad.
The rest of the aforementioned fetishes by the others are very mild compared to what the human mind can do.

There are people who like to be strangled in order to achieve an orgasm. I would call it extreme because you can die or get a brain damage from that.
Michael Hutchence (singer of the band INXS) died that way.
