Before you do anything else, please read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler. The information in the book may be enough to help you get pregnant. Even if not, if you *do* need medical help, it will probably save you time, money, and discomfort.

Good luck!!

By now, see a doctor for help. Some states actually mandate fertility treatments with health insurance so it's worth a look. You can also buy an ovulation kit from the store to help predict the best times for LOVE. My wife and I had to go through several different infertility treatments before we concieved over 5 years or so. We ended up with tripletts, so we got more than we bargained for! I think, depending on age and the old body clock, it is time to seek a doctor's help.

The best thing is not to think about it....I was trying to concieve for 6 years and well nothing happened going to the doctors for infertility got really expensive for my husband and I so we just stopped trying. We decided we were going to start traveling. We went to Galveston then we went camping and there laying down I start having morning sickness. Yes I was Pregnant. I had a beautiful little girl. My husband thinks it was all the seafood from Galveston...lol. The point the less you think about it (because of all the stress and sadness you go through) the more of a chance you got to being pregnant. Hope I helped.

You should speak to a fertility specialist as that is a long time to be trying assuming you havent already.

I tried for 3 years and was on clomid and then fertility injections, i was told that i would have to do IVF next and thought that i wasnt ready so i booked a trip to Greece and thought i will wait until i am psychologically ready for IVF. I go to Greece in a matter of days and on sunday just gone i found out i am pregnant (go figure). Am bummed about the partying i was planning on doing in Greece but glad that i do not have to do IVF.

Funny that no matter how prepared you think you are for the 2 lines to appear...........nothing could have shocked me more and to be honest i am scared out of my wits about my future and being a mother. I will take each day as it comes as there is no turning back now.

Good luck - it will happen when you least expect it.

first thing first you have to find out if you are ovulating and when there are ovualtion kits you can try im doing them now and they are great !!! you buy them at the drug store or any shop that sells pregnancy stuff... you buy an ovulation kit for 5 days it comes with 5 peeing cups and 5 tests you do one test a day for 5 days at the same time every day.... it sort of looks like a pregnancy test but for ovualtion.... it comes up positive when you are at your highest and that means you are going to ovulate in 24 - 36 hours so you have sex on the day you get a positive and the day after....its worked for alot of women thats just an easier thing to try so that when you know you are most fertile you can plan a romantic evening and just enjoy the night instead of worrying the WHOLE month about making sure that you and your husband had sex on certain days so goodluck and for the future CONGRATS

- Don't smoke or drink and make sure that your spouse doesn't smoke or drink either. Smoking is the single-biggest cause of infertility.

- Make sure you have sex 5, 7, 10, 12, 14, 16, and 18 days after your period.

- Ensure that your husband doesn't wear tight underwear or trousers

- Practise yoga

- Talk to friends and family about stressful issues

- Laugh as much as you can

- Eat a healthy diet, get plenty of exercise and take very good care of yourself

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 5 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

Come visit, I will give you a healthy serving of baby gravy and if it doesnt work I wont charge for it.

Think about it. How many doctors do you think answer these question. Go see a doctor. Either one or both of you could have issues on conceiving.

Make sure you have sex at the right time, get relaxed and do get an appointment with the doctor for both you and your spouse to rule out any medical reasons. All the best
