Actually, prostitution is illegal within the city limits of Las Vegas. You really should drive out to the Bunny Ranch or one of the brothels just outside the city. If you want in-room service pickup one of the many pamphlets lining the streets and call one of the girls to come up to your room. All I can say is BE CAREFUL. You could have your car impounded if you are caught.

Stay away from the guys handing out flyers on the streets.
Honestly ask the Bell Desk guys at your hotel, they always know the good places and if you want to go to a real (and legal) brothel ask any cab driver.
