If your healthy, successful, beautiful, and by that I think all woman are beautiful, What is the reasons why you would have this surgery. I've known a couple of woman who were flat chested, and had gotten the surgery to enhance porportion. I get it, but already ample, vivacious, healthy woman? I've been with a lot of ladies I'm ashamed to say, but never dated a woman with implants. Seen quite a few, but I recall handling only a couple. And those were lady friends allowing my curiosity, while at the same time showing off their new phisological addition. But don't you loose feeling and such? Explain the pluses and the minuses.

Those darn back pains from large breasts, hangin' clear down to my bellybutton.
Doesn't it make sense to why I would want breast implants, hun?
If only they would of taken some of that extra few inches of breast skin and la-sered into my bum.

Mine is saline. My doctor actually chose it for me since I was 18 and really wouldn't have understood anything he was talking about. But I recall him saying that it was the better choice. It actually feels VERY natural, no problem there, and is hasn't wrinkled yet. I know I just can't sleep on my stomach yet, and in x amount of years I may need it replaced (that is for anyone though that has not had children, and excess amount of weight loss/gain I do believe. It could just be a for everyone who gets the implant). The surgery is VERY expensive though. In total we were up at about $60,000 but my insurance covered everything except any medications needed afterwards (the antibiotics and pain medications). It really does boost your self esteem and I would suggest that if you REALLY want it done, you look into it. If you have any doubts, it is best to not get it done. NOTE: Mine was a medical need, with having PCOD my hormones were/are incorrect and I couldn't develop the right size breasts, so we looked into it and the implant was the way to go. I only have one.

Unfortunatly some woman want attention from the wrong men,I think.And they think that they are more desirable if the are more rounded in those areas.Then there are those women who do it because they think it will help there self esteem and they then will see themselves like how they wanted to.Another reason is because they see other woman and want to look like that but I really think its because society puts such a emphases on the way a woman should look, that typical 362436 that so many woman have tryed to live up to.Its sad...

That is simple because TV, Movie, Magizens and other man tell them they are not pretty if there boob are not big. And if you hear something for so long you begain to believe it. So they pay to get cut up and when there older they have back problems because there bodies where not built to hold the boob they had add on.... Sad to say but that is why, if you ask any woman who gets it done they will tell you to make them look Beautful or because they dont feel like a woman with small boobs.
Witch is a lood, big breast do not make you a woman... For heaven shake I have seen man with bigger breast then mine and they are still all man.

Fake breasts are like a man in a wheel chair. The legs are still there but they cant feel a thing in them. Well, the breast are still there but to get those fun bags in, the nerve cords had to be cut, there is no other way to get them in there. I used to want them so bad, till I took an anatomy class, and saw how the nerves were connected through the body and how they must be severed to get the implants into the chest. I dont want them anymore. I am happy with victorias secret, and my tender and feeling breasts!

I know what you mean; you're trying to be kind. And I agree, a whole woman is a whole woman, and yup that's what we love about them.
I agree that a woman is a woman regardless of size. Also, like, my wife had the largest t*ts I ever seen. And she'd been cycling 5 hours per day, for 5 days per week for the last 6 months so she had an awesome body and a tight waist. Heck dude, it's just nice for us to stick our face in the middle of that.

I don't have any and I would never get them, but I believe that a lot of woman get them because of insecurity. they think that they will get more guys because of them or it gives them a burst of confidence. Even though, if they do a good job the only minus is that your breast might end up hurting your back if they are too big, there are other ways of becoming more attractive that don't involve surgery.

Women with insecurities do it.....they feel men will look at them more. A woman with brains has more beauty than a woman who is fakely made. To me there are no pros to having breast implants.

i have never had them but the + side is probabley attention and the - side is your body could have a bad reactions and reject the implant and cause infection and you have to have them replaced every so many years so you spend even more money on them

I want them cuz big boobs are pretty...just as long as they arent saggy...and breast implants look really perky...i cant speak for everyone...but as a woman i want to have big breasts because it seems more womanly...(does that make sense??)...and mine arent reaallly small..but they arent as big as id like...and i feel cheated of my womanhood... :(
